TREATMENT POLICY

Appointments

 

All bookings are by appointment only via the booking system. Please come with dry unwashed hair

 

Deposit

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

 

Payment

 

The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment. we accept payment via cash . please ensure payment is completed before or immediately after your treatment.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling

 

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund with at least 48hr hours' notice. changes made with less than 48hrs notice of your appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

Late arrivals

 

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment.While we make every effort to accommodate all clients, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling or a shortened session treatments cannot be guaranteed for customers arriving more than 15 minutes late. late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment, but the full price of the original booking will still be charged. if we cannot provide the treatment, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover loss of earnings.

 

No-shows

 

Customers who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the treatment.

accompanied visits: please attend your appointment alone. no children or pets are allowed.

 

Health & safety

 

We reserve the right to refuse a treatment based on health & safety concerns. certain medical or skin conditions may contraindicate treatments. 

Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. Our facility follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for your safety. You will be required to sign a consent form prior to every treatment.

 

Age requirement

 

Customers must be 18 years or older to receive a treatment.

 

Client Conduct

We maintain a respectful and relaxing environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate
termination of the session. Disrespectful conduct, including behavior prior to your appointment, will result in immediate booking termination.

 

Gift Cards 

​

Valid for 6 months, please note they are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
